About Us

Dear Parents and Guardians,

To get the season off on the right foot, I would like to tell you a little bit about our organization. The Dale City Sports Club (DCSC) is an all-volunteer, non-profit youth athletic organization.  Our hardworking coaches not only donate their time, but donate their money and willingly give of themselves to make a difference in our children’s lives.

The purpose of the DCSC Football program is to provide the youth, residing in the geographical boundaries of Prince William County, the opportunity to participate in an organized youth athletic program in a positive, healthy, and supportive atmosphere.

The age/weight divisions in this program are based on a system used by USA Football in conjunction with the NFL.  Each week we will be playing teams in the Prince William County area.

This allows our children to play against kids they have never met before.  This will be truly exciting for the children and is an experience that cannot be matched in any league.  This year, I hope, will be an incredible one for DCSC and the community at large.

The goal of DCSC is to focus not only on athletic skills, but to instill in our children a sense of pride and excellence.  We believe we have a responsibility to teach our children not only on the field, but off the field as well, to be positive role models, and to serve their needs ahead of our own.

To help achieve our goals, DCSC developed a vision statement under which we operate and we have adopted the National Youth Sport Coaches Association (NYSCA) Parent Code of Ethics for use in our organization.

If you have any questions about the program or you would like to share your ideas, please feel free to call me, or any member of the board, at the clubhouse on 703-670-6921. If I do not answer, please leave a brief message with your name, phone number and the best time to reach you.
